Senior Java Developer

You will be supporting and mentoring other engineers to help improve their knowledge whilst instilling engineering best practice.

You will be joining at a critical time of their transformation as they re-platform their core business systems.

As a Senior Java Developer, your daily duties will include:

— Creating a set of Enterprise APIs so they can integrate existing systems.
— Working with the Technical Leadership team to analyse requirements.
— Defining the approach and advising on the best ways forward.
— Delivering key transformation initiatives from the data warehouse to the implementation of a new revenue generation management system.

To be a successful Senior Java Developer, you will have the following skills and experiences:

— Knowledge of code bases including Ruby, Python and Node.
— An expert in Java and Spring Boot skills.
— In-Depth knowledge of Object-Orientated programming techniques.
— Experience in using core development tools such as shell scripting, version control and continuous integration.
— The ability to rely on your technical expertise to influence key technical decisions.
— Confidence in working with a wide range of stakeholders.

In return, a Senior Java Developer will receive a salary up to £80,000 per annum.
