Job Details:
A global financial services giant is currently looking to recruit a Business Process Engineer to take responsible for the extensive involvement and leadership of a number of industry leading/IT/Technology process reengineering projects.
 
You will organize and plan concrete optimization measures, including developing a lean and efficient project implementation using best practices and lean/Six Sigma approaches to process design and install a suitable process controlling. You will manage the optimization of automated processes to bridge the gap between business and IT.
 
Do you have a great affinity for the analysis, design and control processes? Do you want to develop industry leading process improvements with our internal and external customers? If you answer yes to these questions, then this is you’re the right role for you.

The suitable candidate will have the following;
  • Experience within IT/Technology Business Process Reengineering, process or project management, Lean Six Sigma training (Black Belt) with proven practical experience desirable
  • Methodological expertise in process management and several years project management experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a strong focus on results
  • Initiative and assertive with high motivation
  • German mother tongue with good knowledge of French and English
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
